日本流行空中瑜伽

A new fitness exercise called aerial yoga or antigravity yoga in which practitioners hang from a hammock suspended from the ceiling is becoming popular in Japan.

近日，一种名为“空中瑜伽”或者“反重力瑜伽”的新型健身运动在日本悄然流行，练习者借助挂在房顶上的吊床悬在空中。

The new type of yoga, which originated in New York, is claimed to strengthen the muscles while giving people a feeling that they are floating and relaxing at the same time. People attending class after work struck various acrobatic poses similar that of a bird or Superman while suspended in red, yellow and blue hammocks.

这种新型瑜伽起源于纽约，据称能增强肌肉，给人一种悬浮，同时很放松的感觉。人们下班后会参加瑜伽课，“空中瑜伽”姿势有多种，和鸟儿或超人的姿势类似，悬挂在红色、黄色或蓝色的吊床上。
